How to Experience Healing Through the Christ in You: A Practical Guide to Living the God-life
Text: Colossians 1:27
Welcome back to the Kingdom Reality website. In my previous post, I spoke extensively about what “Christ in you” truly means.
Today, in this follow-up teaching, we’ll explore how to experience healing through the Christ in you. This is a practical guide to living in the reality of your oneness with Christ—especially in the area of divine health.

Understanding What You Have
One important step you must take as a Christian is to become aware of what you have. The reason is simple: you cannot use what you are unaware of—even if it belongs to you.
Imagine you had money stored in a bank account under your name, but you didn’t know about it. You can’t access that money simply because you’re unaware it exists.
In the same way, many Christians only understand that Jesus died to save them from sin. That’s true—but it’s not the full gospel.
Some believe they are saved from sin but not from sickness or death. They think it’s normal to fall sick because they are “flesh and blood.” They often quote:
“…the life of the flesh is in the blood.” — Leviticus 17:11
But Christianity is not just about being saved from sin. It touches every area of a believer’s life—including your body.
What the New Birth Really Means
“But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:
Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.” — John 1:12–13
If you’re born again, you’re not born of blood—you’re born of the Spirit.
So, why claim your life is sustained by the blood in your veins, when the Word of God says you are not born of blood, but of God?
Your physical body is now sustained by God’s Spirit that dwells in you. But if you’re unaware of this truth, you’ll live an ordinary life.
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge…” — Hosea 4:6
So know it—and keep knowing it—until it becomes your reality.
Spend More Time in God’s Presence Daily
Many Christians ignore studying and meditating on the Word of God. They focus more on praying against the enemy than on fellowshipping with the Father.
Intimate fellowship with God is non-negotiable. If you truly want to grow in your knowledge of God and of Jesus Christ, spend time alone with Him.
“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.” — John 17:3
Choose specific times in your day to seek Him through the Word and prayer. When you come before Him, don’t just bring your problems—seek to know Him.

As you hunger for His presence, your needs will be met. But first, pursue a daily encounter with His glory.
Acknowledge Who You Are in Christ
To truly take advantage of the Christ in you, you must acknowledge who you are in Him.
“That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.” — John 3:6
You are born of God!
“Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever.” — 1 Peter 1:23
God’s Word is God:
“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” — John 1:1
So, if you are born of the Word, you are born of God—and God gives birth to gods:
“I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.” — Psalm 82:6
“Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?” — John 10:34
“But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you… He shall also quicken your mortal bodies.” — Romans 8:11
The word “quicken” means “to give life.” If you’re born again, the Holy Spirit that raised Jesus now gives life to your body.
How to Experience Healing Through the Christ in You
1. Become Aware of It
Awareness is the gateway to manifestation. You must become conscious of who you are—a spirit being, born of God.
“And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them… that they may be made perfect in one…” — John 17:22–23
You are no longer short of glory. Jesus restored it.
2. Meditate on the Word of God
Take the Word and meditate. See yourself in it. Live it.
Declare healing scriptures. Speak them out. See yourself healed, strong, and full of divine life.
If you do this daily, your life will be transformed!
✝️ A Call to Salvation
Healing, peace, and eternal life are found in Christ Jesus. If you’ve been reading this and have not yet made Jesus the Lord of your life, now is the time. He loves you deeply and gave His life for your freedom and wholeness.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” — Romans 10:9
🙏 Salvation Prayer:
“Lord Jesus, I believe You died for me and that God raised You from the dead. I confess that You are my Lord and my Savior. Come into my heart and give me Your life. Thank You for saving me. I am now born again. I receive the gift of eternal life, and I declare that I am a child of God. Amen.”
